Cute little studio in need of much work. Sits on a good sized lot and is located in a tucked away little neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to over the hill if you really need to go. Lot has tons of room for gardening, bar b qs, etc. There is also a large building out back that would make a fabulous workshop, art studio or ???. Improvement needs lots of work, but could be really, really cute and at this price you could probably start over. Great first time buyer, or vacation spot.
